ZTL zone — the property is inside Bologna's restricted traffic area. Please do not drive to the door.
How do I get in?
There are no keys to collect. Check-in is entirely self-service via your phone — we send you the access details before you arrive, so you can let yourself in whenever you like from 15:00.
Is breakfast included?
No. We don't serve breakfast — but you are moments from some of the finest cafés in the city, and we're glad to share where we go ourselves.
Do the suites have a kitchen?
Only the Presidential Suite has a full kitchen. The other three suites have a minibar. Bologna's Quadrilatero market — arguably the best food market in Italy — is three minutes on foot.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the building has a lift.
Can I park nearby?
Via degli Artieri is inside Bologna's ZTL restricted traffic zone. We recommend the Staveco or Tanari car parks and arriving on foot. Contact us before you drive in and we'll help you plan the best approach.
